SOFTWARE TEST ENGINEER

Location: Rybnik

Due to our continuous growth we are searching for dynamic, professional, communicative employees with experience for our office in Rybnik.

Job Description:

Review test-related documents (general specifications, functional specifications, requirements documentation, etc.)
Plan, design, develop and automate test cases
Prepare test documentation: Test Strategy, Test Plan and Test Report, etc.
Execute test cases, analyze and report the results
Ensure comprehensive tracking of defects
Implement regression tests based on risk analyses
Coordinate live roll-out releases

Mandatory qualifications:

Solid technical education
At least two years of professional experience in the area of software testing
Basic knowledge of web technologies (browsers, protocols, networking, HTML, JS, CSS, XML)
Basic knowledge of relational databases (MSSQL, Oracle)
Experience with test, requirements and defect management tools (HP QualityCenter and JIRA)
Experience with test automation tools (SoapUI, QTP, Selenium)
Experience with project management tools (VersionOne)
ISTQB certification (foundation level, higher levels would be an advantage)
Good communication skills
Fluent English

Optional qualifications:

Two years of professional experience in the area of software testing automation
Basic script language programming skills
Basic knowledge of Java language as well as the Eclipse and NetBeans environment
Knowledge of the agile software development methodology (SCRUM)
