Version 18.2 focused mainly around the work of managers. Their task is to ensure that data in the system is processed in accordance with the principles of the organization's work. Therefore, our rule modules (processing cases, orders and inquiries from customers) received a detailed history of changes. Thanks to this, it will be easier for managers to analyze how the data processing has changed over time.
In every organization as important as the data processing itself, the employee rights audit is also important. Therefore, the list of employees has been enriched with the possibility of exporting full data of each employee, including their affiliation to the teams and their roles in the company. This data can be combined with the so-called a rights matrix describing each role in detail, and in this way obtain a report on the employee's effective rights in the system.
We have also not forgotten about regular users of the system and with this version each list in the system has been given the option of filtering by number (e.g. orders, cases) and sorting by assigned person. All in order to get to what is most interesting faster and more conveniently.
