Problem/ Customer need

Together with the company development, the number of offered services and satisfied customers increased. The company customers have been using different platforms. The profiled groups of users needed individualized service. To inspire greater trust and increase the quality of rendered services, the customer wanted to be in a constant contact with users - sent information about new services, promotions, give birthday wishes, inform about important event and so on. Mailing system owned by the company was not able to comply with new requirements so new solution had to be invented.

Realisation

A „marketing-newsletter” dedicated system was the result of the customer needs analysis. The most important factors taken into account were efficiency, communication personalization and easy-in-use. New mailing system was able to generate and sent million mails per hour. Newsletters creation was fully automated. The wizard was leading the user step by step through all stages to achieve required form. Newsletter elements were adjusted to a particular group thanks to defining precise rules. The system had the possibility to generate reports and a panel responsible for mailing campaign management.

Effect, advantages

Completely new, effective tool for communications with client adjusted to the needs of BetAndWin company were created. The work in marketing department was improved. Mailing system made personalized messages creation possible. Rich reports base gives information on marketing campaigns efficiency.
