CREAM 17.10 – greater management flexibility

During working on the latest version, the CREAM project team, focused on increasing flexibility in case management. Major changes included workflow management, where we could edit all details of each activity directly when creating and editing a case. This allows for timely scheduling, assigning, and assigning permissions in one place, while many more have to be done in the past.

 Law Summit behind us!

On September 14, we took part in Law Summit. On this occasion we have prepared a presentation, on the one hand presenting the vision of mobile market development, and on the other, showing our many years of experience in the field of consulting services and customer support systems. We wanted to bring the legal environment closer to where we are in the mobile market and how big its potential is.
