Version 17.12 is above all a more efficient service of sales processes. We have prepared two major improvements: the automation of creating cases for orders and easy navigation between matters and orders.

During working on the latest version, the CREAM project team, focused on increasing flexibility in case management. Major changes included workflow management, where we could edit all details of each activity directly when creating and editing a case. This allows for timely scheduling, assigning, and assigning permissions in one place, while many more have to be done in the past.
With improvements made by the CREAM’s project team, it is much easier to schedule meetings. The system automatically detects participants’ unavailability and prompts you to change the appointment, even by displaying a calendar with the option of “free space” shared by all participants.
On September 14, we took part in Law Summit.
