FAQ

Is it possible to work remotely?

It is possible to work in a hybrid model after prior arrangement with the team leader. Only remote work is possible if it is specified in the advertisement.
We start the working day between 7.30 am and 9.30 am and finish between 3.30 pm and 5.30 pm respectively (flexible working hours).
In each advertisement, we clearly specify which office we are looking for an employee. We have branches in Rybnik, Katowice and Gliwice.
Tasks are so divided that standard working hours are sufficient to carry them out. We work overtime only in exceptional cases, but we try to make these individual and justified cases.
The issue of delegation depends on the job position and the project on which work is underway. In the case of developers, they are rare and last a maximum of several days.
We do not provide any salary spreads in our advertisements. The remuneration is determined during the recruitment interview on the basis of the level of your skills and experience in relation to the competences that we expect for the position for which you are applying. Together, we set a remuneration that will be satisfactory for both parties.
The company's headquarters is a characteristic, modern office building in the center of Rybnik. Our location is well connected with both local roads, the Racibórz-Pszczyna road and the A1 motorway. We have a large and spacious parking lot with parking spaces for bicycles. In the near distance there is the Railway Station. In Katowice, the office is located in the very center, close to the railway and bus stations. The office in Gliwice is located in the vicinity of the Silesian University of Technology and DTŚ.
Trainings are organized depending on individual needs - team or project. Together, we decide on the subject and form of the training. These can be internal training, with the participation of an external trainer or away training. One of our ideas for in-house training is Tech Hour, this is how our UI, backend developers and QA team train.
Based on the conversation, your skills and experience, we will try to present in which projects you could prove yourself and who will be your leader.
During the recruitment process, you will have contact with a technical person who will interview you about your existing projects, professional challenges and check your specialist knowledge.
We want to meet you, so we expect you to tell us about yourself and your work so far. We will ask you about your professional experience, skills, knowledge and what you want to achieve by joining our team. We are also happy to answer your questions.
Yes. We work and contact foreign clients, participate in meetings of international teams, and use English-language documentation. Knowledge of the English language helps us to carry out everyday tasks more efficiently.
We respect and support each other. There is no dress code in the company, the most important thing is that it should be comfortable. We work in multi-person rooms. We publish an internal magazine that present the corporate reality. We meet during joint meetings, such as barbecues or Christmas meetings, organized several times a year.
Of course!
