Customer Support Specialist

Location: Rybnik

Job description:

  • Responding to telephone and email requests from customers
  • Friendly, polite communication with the customer, problem-solving oriented
  • Comprehensive solving of problems reported by customers
  • Analyzing the issues related to using the application
  • Supporting in implementation of solutions for new clients
  • Participating in created applications quality improvement
  • Close cooperation with project teams
  • Requirements:
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills
  • Communicativeness, including the ability to conduct substantive conversation even in stressful situations
  • Very good knowledge of e-mail and web browsers, including mobile ones
  • Basic knowledge of office applications and other standard applications
  • Driving license (B cat.)
  • Nice to have:
  • Experience in customer service
  • Knowledge of English and / or German
