News and changes in CREAM version 1.2

What kind of changes and innovations has CREAM been enriched in?

CREAM 1.2 has mainly gained improvements for workers and team leaders. From now on, managers have a full preview of elements associated with their subordinates - their tasks, inquiries, orders, issues, campaigns, products and contacts. In turn, employees can only see these items, which are linked to the person. Simply and intuitively.

We have also improved the campaigns in which the user can repeatedly modify the list of clients during the campaign, which previously was not possible. Also there is a new widget that allows the user to mark a conversation with the customer as a result of the positive, negative, or lack of it.

It is not the end. New changes and features are also included in other CREAM system modules: contact book, issues, tasks, requests and user interface. The new version of CREAM also works in Windows 10 on browser Microsoft Edge!
